The ASPL (AS Premier League) has hosted several thrilling encounters, but one of the most unforgettable matches took place on 14th August 2024, when Telangana faced off against Karnataka. With a prize money of ₹1 lakh on the line, the atmosphere was charged with excitement. Fans gathered in large numbers, anticipating a fierce contest between two well-matched teams.

Karnataka, known for its experienced squad and strong cricketing tradition, started the match on the front foot. Their top-order batters laid a solid foundation, putting up a competitive score and pressuring the Telangana side early on. For much of the innings, Karnataka appeared to be in full control, poised to post a match-winning total.

Backed by sharp fielding and smart captaincy, they restricted the total to a chaseable score. In a thrilling finish, Telangana chased down the target in the final overs, securing a memorable victory. In a heartwarming gesture, the ₹1 lakh prize money was donated to a charitable cause, making the win even more meaningful.
